Challenge

Our client and their family were interested in taking a multiple-week vacation across multiple European countries. Their primary concerns were the safety of themselves and their family on the trip, along with maintaining the “vacation feel”, not having their protection disrupt their fun. They had previous experience with travel security that had heavily disrupted their trip, forcing them onto a pre-planned itinerary that did not align with their hopes for the trip, and also made them feel isolated from the environment they hoped to immerse themselves in.

• Real-Time Intelligence Monitoring: Utilized our local tech team to monitor news, social media, and potential civil unrest around client's itinerary to inform needed security changes, such as route adjustments or event changes. 

Outcome

Our two primary goals, the safety of the family and their happiness on their uninterrupted vacation were met fully. The family reported no security-related stresses, and any potential security issues were headed off either by the advance team or discreetly, before the family was made aware of them.
